Hardware Access Console is a free program that runs from the Windows command line (or the MSDOS setting). Its main function is practically the same as the famous file debug.exe in the old days of MSDOS, which debugged, cleaned, checked and deleted failings in the files it was applied to.
This Hardware Access Console lets you do the same, but from Windows. With it you can access some hardware devices, check them and try to debug and clean them of any possible anomolies read/write in the memory, access the entry/exit ports, etc.
